RESERVES:

Unless otherwise indicated all lots in the Auction are offered without reserves. A reserve is the confidential minimum price established between Allman’s Auctions and the Seller. If any lots in the Auction are offered with a reserve, the lots will be designated as such and buyers will act in accordance with said reserve price.
